Allison Leigh Frank is often described as independent, resilient, and authentic. Growing up in the vibrant Manhattan of the 70s and 80s, she was shaped by her parents, prominent advertising executives on Madison Avenue. This dynamic backdrop instilled in her a sense of savvy, resourcefulness, sophistication, independence and a deep appreciation for art, form, and fashion.
Professionally, Allison is a respected tech executive who has had multiple leadership roles at renowned companies such as IBM, ServiceNow, Aspen Technology, and Deltek. The common denominator across her experiences have been her focus, motivation and personal commitment to develop and enable those in her organizations to meet their maximum potential and guide them to excel in their careers and personal lives.
This focus goes beyond her corporate achievements, she is a cancer warrior who has emerged as a passionate patient advocate, volunteering at Mass General Hospital and serving as an executive committee member with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Working with patients as a coach as they navigate their cancer journey has given Allison a new sense of purpose, understanding and humility that she brings with her in every aspect of her life.
In addition to her professional and advocacy work, Allison is a certified yoga teacher and a dedicated life, wellness, and executive coach, currently pursuing her IFC ACC certification. Her greatest desire is to empower women to reach their maximum potential in health, wellness, and happiness.
For over 25 years, Dr. Jean Keamy has been guiding people toward greater confidence and self-expression. Though her credentials are impressive—Princeton alumna (B.A. in Molecular Biology), M.D. from SUNY Brooklyn, and M.B.A. from NYU Stern—her true passion lies in helping people feel more empowered, authentic, and alive in their own skin.
Jean knows what it’s like to struggle with self-image. Her own journey taught her that confidence doesn’t come from perfection, but from embracing authenticity and expressing oneself fully—whether through style, presence, or aesthetic choices. She sees clothing, makeup, procedures, and even the smallest gestures of self-expression as ways of communicating who we are and stepping more powerfully into the world.
Her artistry behind the camera sharpened her eye for proportion and beauty, while years of cosmetic medicine taught her the subtleties of transformation. As a certified life coach, she draws these threads together to help her clients feel not only more attractive, but also more confident, radiant, and—even if they’ve forgotten how—sexy in their own right.
Inspired by this vision, Dr. Keamy co- founded the company as a space where medicine, artistry, and coaching intersect—to help people step into their truest, most confident selves.
