Allison Leigh Frank is a Mindset Change Coach who collaborates with both corporate and private clients to help them realize their full potential through transformative strategies in thinking, communication, and response to challenges. She is frequently recognized for her independence, resilience, and authenticity. Her formative years in the energetic Manhattan of the 1970s and 1980s, under the guidance of parents who were prominent advertising executives on Madison Avenue, contributed significantly to her sophistication, resourcefulness, and deep appreciation for art, design, and fashion.
In her professional career, Allison has held several executive roles at esteemed organizations including IBM, ServiceNow, Aspen Technology, and Deltek. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated a steadfast commitment to developing talent and enabling individuals within her teams to attain their highest potential, excelling both professionally and personally.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Allison transitioned to Mindset Coaching following her diagnosis with a rare and incurable blood cancer. Through the application of Growth Mindset Theory and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, she managed to stabilize her condition and subsequently became an advocate for patients, volunteering at Massachusetts General Hospital and serving as an Executive Committee Member of Blood Cancer United. Her coaching work with patients navigating their cancer journeys has provided her with enhanced purpose, understanding, and humility, qualities that are evident in all facets of her life.
Additionally, Allison is a certified yoga instructor, and a committed Mindset Change Coach actively pursuing ICF ACC certification. Her primary goal is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health, wellness, and happiness.

For over 25 years, Dr. Jean Keamy has been guiding people toward greater confidence and self-expression. Though her credentials are impressive—Princeton alumna (B.A. in Molecular Biology), M.D. from SUNY Brooklyn, and M.B.A. from NYU Stern—her true passion lies in helping people feel more empowered, authentic, and alive in their own skin.
Jean knows what it’s like to struggle with self-image. Her own journey taught her that confidence doesn’t come from perfection, but from embracing authenticity and expressing oneself fully—whether through style, presence, or aesthetic choices. She sees clothing, makeup, procedures, and even the smallest gestures of self-expression as ways of communicating who we are and stepping more powerfully into the world.
Her artistry behind the camera sharpened her eye for proportion and beauty, while years of cosmetic medicine taught her the subtleties of transformation. As a certified life coach, she draws these threads together to help her clients feel not only more attractive, but also more confident, radiant, and—even if they’ve forgotten how—sexy in their own right.
Inspired by this vision, Dr. Keamy co- founded the company as a space where medicine, artistry, and coaching intersect—to help people step into their truest, most confident selves.
